If you can't tell from the title, this is going to be an army dedicated to Toad Dragons at 3000 pts. I won't go into to much detail about what everything is. If you want to know more, look it up.
Tamurkhan(Tyrant) on Buebelos
Basically a buffed Ogre Tyrant with Mark of Nurgle(MoN) on a similarly buffed Toad Dragon.
Kazyk the Befouled on Rot Beast
An Exalted Hero who has Poisoned Attacks, Fear, and Regeneration(5+). He rides what is essentialy a Nurgle Juggernaught. He can make units of Knights with the Mark of Nurgle into Rot Knights, which have the same steed and Special Rules for +15 pts.
2 Toad Dragons
350 pts apiece of undiluted cheese.
5 Rot Knights with Lances, Command, and the Razor Standard
Kazyk rolls with them.
5 Rot Knights with Ensorcelled weapons, Command
40 Marauders with GW, MoN, Command, Light Armour
12 Warriors with Halberds, MoN, command, Flame Banner
2 Chariots of Nurgle
